My name is Sarah and I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2019. Since then, I’ve loved working with clients of all backgrounds who are coping with challenges due to neurodiversity, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and more. I have found that offering teletherapy allows more folks to access mental healthcare with fewer worries about barriers that often stop people from receiving support. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I believe wholeheartedly in the power of prioritizing my clients’ lived experiences throughout our time together. I work through a lens of intersectionality and feel strongly that each client is the expert of their own experience in life.
